Yes! Any recognised leave implies absence from official duty and not out of study/ personal works! Teachers have liberty to enrich themselves through further study in academic interest, and without hampering normal duties & responsibilities to the students.
Hi sir. I am deputed candidate from a juniour high want to apply b.ed during my maternity leave. Generally 2016 the form fill up started at April and admission started from July-August so keeping this in mind if the same thing continues this coming year In August I will again join in school after finishing my maternity leave. so during this period shall I be eligible to apply for the b.ed on April 2017 though I join in school on Aug 2017? Is there any rule ?
For persuing b.ed you need to take permission from your school and for that reason you need to join first. The school can’t sanction you leave from duty for B.ed when you are already in leave. But you can do one thing , after joining in august u can take permission from school and then u can join B.ed college. Though the session starts from June but many students took admission in different pvt. Colleges even in September.
