I heard that B.Ed. is not necessary for deputed Teacher of Computer Science(H/PG) in govt. aided high school for continuation of increment. If yes, pl. attach the order.

No this is not correct. As per NCTE norms science teachers have to have B. Ed. Please follow the link below and read my answer to Joy (RTE-4)
