Dear kaussm, you interptretation was right for yestersday. But yesterday school education dept. updated whole set (High school and HS included) of nontrained teachers for Bankura district.

Education DEPT of wb has been uploading list of untrained teachers of Jr High schools n’ Madrasahs/Secondary Schools n’ Madrasahs/Higher Secondary Schools n’ Madrasahs. They already have published the list of untrained teachers Of Bankura & 24 Parganas(s).
B.ed in comp science in odl mode is possible as the n.s.o.u. declared study centres are those where regular b.ed course is running…For instance, Ramakrishna Mission Shikshanmandira,Belur where computer science is a method paper and now its a study centre of odl mode b.ed too…
Yes..the link of higher education dept’s notification on that particular topic is not working.
Deputation is based on seniority basis and I think there is no problem to depute teachers of the same subject at a same period of time as there will be candidate waiting for deputation vacancy…
Look,from a reliable source I came to know that regular and odl mode b.ed will run simultaneously. Although deputation is entirely dependent on institutions wish in 2013-14. From my knowledge, Scotish Church College, St Xaviers College,Ramakrishna Mission Shikshan Mandira etc have already completed their admission procedures in 2013-14 session and in these colleges many deputed teachers been admitted.
