is it necessary to do B.Ed training for 4 years degree course passed candidate like B.Tech,B.Sc (Agri)? if they are appointed as an assistant teacher in Work Education.

all AT without B ed /BPED have to be trained by 2015.

If one joined before 03/09/2001 then no need to enhance % of marks, or degree or training. A B.PEd holder no need to do B.Ed. But from others subjects like B.Sc (Ag), B.Tech. etc. have to do same.
