B.Ed training through ODL for H.S. Teachers

I am a teacher of H.S. Section. Is there any circular or G.O. or any amendments where from I can find a way to get B.Ed training through ODL system. I an enlisted, and so confused.
Till now you are ineligible for ODL mode provided by NSOU. At the time of spot verification all those loopholes will be eradicated.
I am an Asstt. Teacher of High Madrasah in H.S. Section, and I submitted my application for B.Ed through ODL as my name was selected. Thereafter I contact NSOU,and according to them as my name was selected from the D.I. so they have no problem for my admission in my selected Study Centre. I also contact the D.I. of schools of Malda and I was not get clear idea from there end, even they said if my name was selected then I can proceed, but they did not said it in written. This is confusing. what to do?
Is there any circular/notification for the increment of H.S. section teachers??
I am an H.s section teacher so could not get chance in Bed Odl and since july 2013 I am not getting my increment.
I am appointed in Computer Science/Application subject. It is also not clear that whether a computer teacher requires B.ed or not.
if There is any answer please help me out.
