    Dear Mr. Adil,
What are the differences amongst LAW, ACT and RULE? What is the legal status of a Govt. Order?
I am telling b’coz it has come to my notice that most of the members in the forum, especially the teachers, are asking for G.O.s.
Eagerly waiting to hear from you!
    Thanx.

ORDER:- An authoritative direction or instruction, command and it is mandatory.
ACT:- That which is done or doing, the exercise of power, or the effect, of which power exerted is the case, a performance,a deed.

    Thank you Mr. Acharya.
Well, now I understand that Law warrants the safe operation of a set of rules for specific purpose(s)!
Now, can I say that Law is the obligation for adherence to rules for the sake of prospect of a nation!
What is the relation between Law & Act and Act & Rule? What is the mother-daughter relation!
G.O.s are often termed as “impugned order” in the court when brought under challenge! When does a G.O. lose its position in the eye of law?
