BE / B.TECH in Computer Science degree is Hons. / Pass Graduate

With humble respect and honor, I, Avishek Mondal, an approved Teacher in West Bengal Govt Sponsored School, want to know whether B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science is an Honours Equivalent / Pass equivalent Graduate Degree? Very urgent.. Please reply.

For the recruitment of AHM (Assistant Head Master) in my Govt Sponsored School, the academic score will be 2 for Pass Graduate and 7 for Honours equivalent Graduate Course. My Headmaster wants to show this degree (BE in CSE 4 years) is a pass Graduate degree.

But candidate having this degree can sit for the West Bengal SSC examination for class XI-XII in Computer Science subject. And without Honours Graduate no one sit for XI XII SSC examination. Please see the last Recruitment Rules 2016, SLST for Computer Science Subject.

I need to prove BE in CSE is an Honours Equivalent Graduate Course. It’s urgent.
