A teacher completed BEd with Work Education & English as method subjects in 1998.He joined in a High School in 1999 as Life Science A.T.
As per G.O. 61-SE(S), dt. 30-1-1996 ; para- c; he is not entitled to 5th Annual Increment.Now a question arises , he has been appointed as H.M. on recommendation of WBRSSC. To be a H.M. ; BEd. is must.If his BEd. is invalid then why did WBRSSC recommend him as H.M.? Please clarify in details.
