Collection and distribution of Text Books from govt. to the students-

We have seen the order yesterday as our H.M. informed us yesterday about the fact. Actually I don’t know from where he collected it.

Acc. my thinking, the Book Day is declared by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education on 2nd Jan’13, so that all the students will receive the books on the very first day of the new academic session. Actually by announcing the Book day- they want to make a pressure to the teachers for distribute the books urgently.Book day is observed every year (at least for last two years) for primary section. And the date is fixed every year, which varies time to time, by the authority. An order has all ready been circulated from WBBPE to cancel the Christmas holidays for distribution of Nationalized Book to the students. But if any school/office has already arranged to make the BOOK DAY a GRAND success,do they need to keep their school/office open to obey the order?
It would have been better if govt would understand “teacher” and “machine” are two differen word
