School is obligated to provide the text book free of cost to the students..so just approach the school.
Govt. run & Govt.aided elementary level student’s should get their free text book through their respected District inspector of schools(PE)/District Project Officer,SSM ……..it is further mentioned that if excess stock of books is left at the end of District inspector of schools(PE)/District Project Officer,SSM …they may be distributed free of of costto the students of DA getting & Un-aided pvt. schools…………….it is also notified that only the Govt. authorised distributer & book seller must have to sell the book as per state govt. rate………..sahajpath at 10/- rupees & amar boi at 75/- rupees only
It may be available in Kolkata. Where to buy in the village? Which are the “Govt. authorized distributor & book seller” ?
The books are “NOT TO BE SOLD” and cannot be available in the open market legally.
the book which is supplied to D.I.S(PE)/D.P.O,SSM are not for sell & it have no price rate also………but which is supplied for the boook seller is different….As far i know without govt. permission no one is able to do any business….So the person who took licence for book selling are called govt. authorized/licenced book seller & who take the loyalty to distribute the book to all the(
area wise) book seller are called govt. authorised distributor…i think if the village book seller try a little bit then they may be able to collect those books from the above…..but they do not do so as there is no such profit margin &……….. above all villagers collect such book from their villages primary school !! So……………………..
