Hi! can someone help me with the GO / Notification that gives the guidelines for imposing penalty on unregulated, illegal construction of buildings in rural areas of west bengal not coming under any development authority. What is the penal provision for 10% deviation, 50% deviation and for construction of additional floors without permission.
