Respected Sir,
Myself is Sourav Banerjee working in Public Health Engineering Dte., in our department too many cadre change from Work Assistant to L.D.A/ L.D.C (with same pay band / pay scale / grade pay / Same Group-C both in Group-C) took place and being a qualified candidate I’m also willing to change the cadre as my long term service is remaining in my career.
Now department is not supporting me to do the same and told me to take the order for cadre change, but I’m exhausted to find the same and please requesting / appealing you to provide the same. You are the last hope for me to get that.
Even my department not sending the case of mine to the Finance Department even for further review.
Please it the request to you sir please, if any help you can do in favor of me.
