Can I join after resigning in a WBCS service

Hello,
I have joined WBCS group C, 3 months back after resigning at Revenue Officer.
I had completed 15 months working in the RO job. Now I am facing problem in my new job. Can I resign in the new job and join the RO job that I had left? I haven’t got the lien facility given RO job.
