Sir,
1. one of my staff has completed 24 years of service.
2. he got both 8 years and 16 years benefit of CAS.
3. Recently , during March 2013,he has been promoted to a higher post.
4. he will complete his 25 years during October 2013.
5. he wants to get his fixation benefits of promotion after
getting his 25 years benefit after October 2013.
is it allowable ?
