I ‘ll complete 10 yrs of my panchayat service on 28-02-2017. so how to calculate my increment & fixation ? Now pay in pay band Rs.8400, Grade Pay Rs. 2300. Pl discuss it.& Give G.O.

In modified career advancement scheme, 8, 16 and 25 years benefit are admissible.

I COMPLETE 10 YRS SERVICE ON 31.05.17 OPT FOR FIXATION 1ST JULY-17 & I GET PROMOTION ON 6TH JULY-17 ON HIGHER POST, WHICH BENEFIT I WILL GET IN WBSR

On 1st July, 2017 you will be given 10 years benefit along with annual increment. Next on 6th July, 2017 your pay will be fixed @ the initial Basic Pay of your new post. Now if your new Basic Pay is lesser than your existing one, your pay will be fixed @ your previous existing Basic pay with new Grade Pay.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY , BUT 4662-F DT.01.06.2006 PERIOD OF PROBATION IN THE PROMOTION POST NOT FORCE IN THIS SUBJECT.
