Great thanks to Govt for notification regarding cashless treatment(Rs 1 lakh) We want more Rs for cashless if possible.Please suggest me the procedure for the indoor treatment under the aforesaid cashless system. Expecting a quake reply from your kind end.
My date of enrolment has been incorporated by mistake as 1.8.2014 instead of 1.8.2010. What should I do? Is there any option to rectify?

(if baby is not enrolled)Further application (form no. A) under you D.D.O./ Controlling officer for new born baby and received from that person Form B (Certificate) and Form F (Temporary family permit) than apply Health card of your concerned department.

but in the website it is not give the permission to resubmit what should I do now?

Till now I have not been enrplled under the WB Health Scheme 2008, now I have decided to come under WEST BENHAL CASHLESS HEALTH SCHEME 2008 & I would like to know what is the procedeor to come under WB CASHLESS HEALTH SCHEME 2008.

I am in Glucoma, since 2010. Continuing treatment every 4 months gap by glucoma specialist and it should be carried through whole life. It is very difficult to carry all its expence . Is it possible carry through WB health scheme? Because I am enrolled of WB Govt. Health Scheme. If possible Pls. tell me where is it?
