My gpf ac no. Med/wb/78798. When i am trying to do online registration for cashless treatment scheme it is showing ‘error’. How can i solve the problem
I am trying to find Cashless Treatment for State Govt online registration fom but i can’t found. I have some medical problems. so any one Please help me how to get this online registration form..

I am a beneficiary under WBHS 2008. My Daughter is suffering some serious dieseas since last 20 days. As i am poor paid employ, i like to avail cashless benefits for my daughters treatments. I am trying to online register as given that website but i didn’t trace out.
In this circumstances, My request if anyone help me to online registration process, so I’ll do that registration.Please help me about online registration on urgent basis. I am waiting for reply..

I am trying the get the form for cashless treatment, but unable to get it. I am under health scheme 2008 and my D.D.O. is Director of health services. My wife is also under health scheme 2008 and her D.D.O. is Superintendent, L.D.V.H.Hospital. Please let us know how we can enroll our self for the cashless treatment under the present scheme.
The link has been in effect w.e.f 15.09.2014 as notified by the West Bengal State Govt. You may try now. The notification has been published in the newspaper “Ei Samay’ dt. 15.09.2014 beside other newspapers.
Online registration for cashless treatment has to be done, if you want to have a cashless treatment under WBHS-2008. The link for such registration has been in effect on and from 15.09.2014.
General treatment in an empaneled hospital may also be done by paying the hospital bill at first then applying to the controlling authority of your office for reimbursement of such cost as per rule within his power. Outdoor expenses for preceding and succeeding one month of indoor treatment is also reimbursable.Sir,
