CCL and Maternity Leave

CCL can only be availed only if the MC approves of it. Of course, it can be suffixed or prefixed to any other kind of leave (except CL) or vacation. But the point is did you apply for CCl before taking it? If not, the authorities, in no way, will grant the leaves following the vacation as CCL.

In special circumstances ccl is sanctioned even if not sanctioned beforehand .

I applied for 15 days CCL due to my son’s illness but I had to extend the leaves till 42 days due to emergency reason now the HM of our school denies to giving me 42 days CCL leave . He argues that CCL can be availed for 15 days only according to the latest rules. Now I would request the members of this forum to kindly inform me what is the latest rule for CCL and its duration.
