    WEST BENGAL is far behind from the many other states in India. The fund is too poor to give the salary,pension etc. to the employees, the condition of the state government is hand to mouth as after meal comes mustard. Don’t worry ! All things come to him who waits.
    Now we may observe the rate of D.A. of some States of India.
    PUNJAB = 72 % , GUJRAT= 72 %,KERALA= 72 %,BIHAR= 72 %, ASSAM= 72 %, UTTAR PRADESH= 72 %, ORISHYA= 65 %, JHARKHAND= 65 %, MADHYA PRADESH= 65 %, PASCHIM BANGA= 45 %, CENTRAL= 72 % (Source- Ananda Bazar Patrika,dated 21 st November,2012.)
    The C.M. has announced to give 7 % (another source says it is 6 % , many men many minds)of D.A. from 01/01/2013. But,that time central government will also give 9 % of D.A. and central will reached 81 % of D.A. and the employees of W.B. will get only 52%. The employees of W.B.will fall behind of near about 30 %.
    What shall we do ? Wait and see.
    Thanks to all .

    It does not matter whether it is 6 or 7%, it matters if it is 13%. Again I like to say Be optimistic. Why are you so pessimistic?

    According to BARTAMAN the D.A. increase by 6% from January 2013 and 7% more from March 2013. According to AAJ-KAL 13% from January 2013. whatever may be, we are still far behind. Actually we have to think about the present financial condition of W.B.
