Is there any provision by which nature of leave can be changed after enjoying the leave ? For example someone applies for Commuted leave on private affairs , he avails the same and after joining he requests in writing to the Head of Office or leave sanctioning authority to convert his aforesaid leave to EL. Is it permitted ? Please give reference.
