Change of TIC..rule in Govt school

    For change of TIC in a govt school what is the procedure and rule? Can someone taking charge as TIC continue forever even though other teachers are interested in taking over charge? Does the present TIC make up their own rule of TIC selection or is there a proper specified rule?
