whether the elected secretary of School M.C. can be changed if majority members decide ? Pls provide with concerned G.O.

After election /selection of Secretary, the Secretary would not be changed. If he is died or is resigned or his students is left the school and he is lost his membership as a guardian , then you may select /elect another person from the others member (not TRs)as the secretary.

If such situation arises that the other members (majority) would place “No Confidence” against the Secretary ; then what to do ?
Any G.O. or authentic instances are there ?

As far I know, there is not mentioned about “ANASTHA” in the rules of reconstitution of the M.C.
