1) If the post of TIC is approved by the D.I. of Schools, then the TIC will not be changed by the MC. This post automatically abolished by the appointment of the HM.
2) If the post is not approved by the D.I. of Schools, then you can change the person by taking a Resolution of the meeting of MC.
