Child Care Leave can be taken maximum 60 days in a spell and it may be extended up to maximum 120 days in exceptional circumstances.

Yes you can take CCL with Maternity Leave, provided you apply for it in advance with proper documents. For details see the attachments in the above posts here.

What do you mean by ‘in advance’? Do you mean that I have to apply before the expiry of my maternity leave?

CCL is subject to the approval of the Managing Committee. So you will have to apply for it well in advance for placing it in the Meeting of MC and getting it approved accordingly. Thanks.
