According to Circular of CCL, a teacher may take her CCL, due to his child’s illness, in the time of Examination.
It is seen that, all the annual examination, Madhyamik Examination and Higher Secondary Examination fall in the same time accordingly. If most of the mother- teachers take such leave in a same time then how the examinations will be conducted in a school? And it will be a dangerous situation in case of a Girls’ school to conduct the examinations. What all of you want to say ?
Thanks a lot of you.Dear Mihirbabu,
As you said
“According to Circular of CCL, a teacher may take her CCL, due to his child’s illness, in the time of Examination”
Can you provide me the related circular ? I will eagerly wait for your kind reply as my institute is not granting me this leave in the time of examination.August 19, 2016 at 4:43 pm #81853AnonymousInactiveFor your solve…..

Introduction of child care leave in respect of Central Government employees as per recommended in the seventh Central Pay Commission, women employees having minor children may be granted CCL by an authority competent to grant leave for a maximum period of 730 days during their entire service for taking care of up to two children, whether for rearing or to look after any of their needs like examination, sickness etc.March 1, 2017 at 5:41 am #82243AnonymousInactiveAccording to the memo No. 08 ILC dated 13-01-16 it is mentioned in the terms and conditions that, ”While granting Child Care Leave, the leave sanctioning authority should ensure that not more than one employee (teachers or non-teaching) of a particular department/ faculty/ office is granted such leave during the same time, so as to ensure there is no disruption or disturbance in the conduct of duties/ service.”
My question is, how do one divide or recognize faculty/department in a school? And also if an English teacher and a Geography teacher together applies for CCL then can their leave be sanctioned?
Another question that is bothering me right now, is, that, when a CCL of more than 15 days, but less than 2 months is applied priorly and then due to emergency it is again applied for extension of four (4) days, on the ground that because another teacher of Nutrition is on leave, an English teacher cannot get her extended leave sanctioned can hold good?
It will be very helpful if you please reply these two question of mine.March 1, 2017 at 12:26 pm #82245AnonymousInactiveIs it true, that the caste criteria is abolish in mutual transfer?my post is in SC category ,can I take mutual transfer with ST category?
