@abhijitd7 ,.Now . What is the meaning of the above mentioned part of sentences ? It means that you have appointed for 0nly 3 months. So proportionally it is calculated as 3.5 days. In which department allowed 8 days of CL for the period of 3 months service (short term vacancy) ? You ought to write clearly total period of service (short term vacancy). Is not it?

I want to tell that I have joined Govt office on 09.06.2016.I have not appointed for 3 days.Casual leave 14 per year.my joining date june.so june to December it shoul be 8.But u told me CL 3.So I think u r wrong.My Department calculate for year from my joining date.Pls tale me the E.L& medical from June to December 2016
