Child Care Leave for State Aided Institution

Hello everybody. I have a question. If any body knows when the G.O. regarding child care leave for women employee in Govt. aided educational institute will be published. As our CM has already declared that leave for both the Govt. women employee and Govt. aided women employee. But G.O. was published only for Govt women employee.
