I am a Central Government employee. Kindly clarify whether there is any limit to the number of days in which CCL can be taken at a stretch? Our Leave sanctioning authority is refusing to grant leave for more than 15 days in a spell. Can they curtail the number of days prayed for ?
I Madhuchanda Paul is W.B.Govt. employee. I have problematic child of 4 months. In my family there is no such person to look after my child. Is there any clause how to adjust maternity leave alongwith child care leave together without any break of my service period.
I am Govt. employee and have 4 months old child. She is suffering various dieases and nowadays she is being under treatment of child speacialist Dr. Apurva Ghosh. Please let me know wether I amy be allowed to take the child care leave in continuatioin of my maternity leave which is to end on 31.08.2012 or do I have to join on 181 days to avail of the child care leave?
My wife is ass.school teacher,we have twins.If west Bengal gov.employee enjoy ccl leave so why we are not getting this benifits?For us when this rule will be implemented? Govt. please consider this matter and do sympathically.thanks.
