Similar leave should be granted to the male counterparts also. Why such discrimination, is it a gender bias? The man has several responsibilities such as children’s admission in school, Parent-Teachers meetings, weekly visit to the school to monitor progress of the child and counselling of the class teacher. The condition worsens for the single fathers or forced bachelors whose wives visit their relatives, that time the man has to perform duties of both father and mother also.
Will such people support me for this noble cause?
It is unfortunate and inhuman that female employees of govt.aided schools and other statutory bodies are not entitled to enjoy the child care leave.Are their children different from that of the pure state govt.employees” ones? I humbly appeal to the competent authority to consider this issue humanely. Thank you!
Can asst. professor of W.B. govt. aided college enjoy the facility of 2 years child care leave while one daughter having 5yrs and son having 6 months ??????????????????????????????????????
