Pls. clarify the language of CCL memorandum i.e.”upto two children” . If there is three children of a employee, aged above 18 yrs. , 15 ys. 12 yrs. . The question is she will avail CCL for 2nd and 3rd children? kindly clarify the language . It is required urgently.

My wife is a H. S School teacher appointed by WB School Service Commission.
Her present place of posting is in Birbhum District, which entails a daily commuting of around 24 km daily, from her present place of residence, through rough and broken road with poor vehicular connection.
We have decided to have an issue now. In this connection what I would like to know :
(I) Keeping in mind the 135 days of Maternity Leave which is applicable now, can she apply for Child Care Leave till the birth of the baby and 4 to 6 months afterwards, as because it would be extremely hazardous for both the expecting mother for travelling in the rough roads with poor vehicular connection.
