can anybody post the Home(PAR) Deptt circular no. 1838(150) dt.23/12/1998 with its annexure-A(part-I) plz.1838(PAR) Dt. 23.12.1998.PDF
For whom or which department the circular has been issued and who is the issuing authority? Who is the beneficiary of the circular and what what purpose it can be used?
Its about procedure to deal with complaints from public authorities. I dont know much about it. I found it while googling. I found an another G.O. on the same matter attached herewith.
