1) What is to be done if one cannot submit his claim for reimbursement within three months of treatment or purchase of medicines ?
2) Whether the period of three months (from last date treatment or purchase of medicine) is counted upto the date of submission of claim (Form C)to the office OR Bill date (i.e. date of submission of bill in the Treasury)? Please Clarify and attach G.O., if any.
