I am a school teacher. my husband is an employee of WBSG. So I am now included under the W.B.HEALTH SCHEME with my husband. But, the medical allowance in the’on line salary system ‘ isnot taking it.It shows M.A. as ‘0’.How should I come out from that scheme to avail my M.A? pls suggest.

Because you are one of the beneficiary of West Bengal Health Scheme of your husband, you can not draw Medical Allowance separately. Both of you have to forgo MA to avail Health Scheme.

Submit the documents of your separation to your HM along with the prayer to draw your MA again. He will request the DDO (DI) to unlock your Online Profile and make necessary corrections so that you can avail the MA again. Thanks.

Please see the attachment. You should approach to the AI of Schools (DDO) through the HM of your school for necessary corrections in your Online Profile. The DDO will send the request to the State Authority who will make the correction, if satisfied with the proposal. But you need to change the Surname in your Bank Account before approaching to the DDO. For that you may have to produce an affidavit sworn before a Magistrate and Divorce/Separation Certificate. Consult with your Bank Branch.
