i am an assistant teacher in a HS school. i am about to complete 3 years of my service. i want to take 6 days of commuted leave. but my HM says that after my half average pay leave become 60 days i can take commuted leave, not before that. i have read GO No. 79-Edn(S) dated 28.01.1994. there it is not clearly mentioned whether a person can take commuted leave when the half average pay leave is below 60 days. is there any GO relating this? please reply soon my friends. it is urgent.
