Commuted Leave for Secondary School Teacher

If 30 days commute leave against 60 days HAPL ( Secondary School) is availed on personal ground ; whether again 60 days HAPL shall be accrued in the account ? Remaining service period is 17 yrs.

No, at a time, if you enjoy 30 days commute leave against 60 days of HPL, then you are not able to do so in your rest service life. But, if you avail 59 days of HPL, then you get again HPL, when your HPL deposit in your leave account.
