Right…sorry, I forgot that Medical Leave/Commuted Leave and Half Leave are mainly applicable for teachers…..in that case also she is required to apply for commuted leave from 12 to 20…..excluding 21st.

then she went for the election duty in september
since then she cums 2 scul like a guest
This is a precarious situation……leave is subject to approval….even to change the nature of leave already enjoyed, one has to obtain approval of the authority competent.
If anyone proceeds on leave without any intimation then the period of absence may be treated as unauthorized absence and accordingly, penal measures as per rule may be recommended to the appropriate authority…..it is tantamount to dereliction of duty…so Departmental Proceedings may be initiated…and let the DP to decide whether the period of such absence to be treated as dies-non (leave without pay) or break-in service……
