clear me.October 21, 2012 at 7:33 pm #74894AnonymousInactiveSir,
I have a query
I was in commuted leave on medical ground from 06/08/2012.I resumed my duty
on 16/10/2012.
Kindly guide me that how many commuted leave i took?
My S.I is saying that you have 69 days of commuted.
Because 14th and 15 th was approves government holiday.Thats why you joined
on 16th october.
So your commuted leave will be counted from 06/08/2012 to 13/10/2012 and
14th and 15th will be mentioned as approved govenment holiday in your
service book.
Kindly guide me is it correct.I dont want any problem in my future.
With regardsAnswer:-
When you will transfer from HPL to Commuted leave, then you can enjoy 30 days of commuted leave in your full service life. But you have informed thatMy S.I is saying that you have 69 days of commuted.
,that is impossible.
Because, you will get total 30 days of commuted leave in your full service length.
You will enjoy this leave (commuted) on medical ground when your medical leave account is “0”,other wise you avail it as personal ground.October 22, 2012 at 7:22 am #74909AnonymousInactiveWhen you will transfer from HPL to Commuted leave, then you can enjoy 30 days of commuted leave in your full service life. But in the link of leave rule for pry. teachers it is written :” the commuted leave during the entire period of service shall be limited to the maximum of 180 days on full pay;”
Please clarify.
Waiting for precious reply.October 22, 2012 at 8:37 am #74912AnonymousInactiveSorry
It was my mistake Actually it is medical leave not commuted leave.
My question is that i was on leave on medical ground from 06/08/12 and i resumed my duty on 16/10/2012.
Kindly clear me these things.
1.How many medical leave i got?
2.My S.I. is saying that your leave will count from 06/08/12 to 13/10/12 and you will have to produe your medical certificate from 06/08/12 to 15/10/12.Is it possible?
I am saying that if my leave will be upto 13 october and i resumed my duty on 16 october then there will be service break of two days of 14 and 15 october.

October 22, 2012 at 5:10 pm #74917AnonymousInactive(f) Leave on Medical Ground – A permanent teacher may be granted leave on medical ground on full pay for a period of 15 days for each completed year of service spent on duty on production of resuming charge:
Provided that the total period of such leave shall not exceed 180 days during the entire period of service;
Provided that the total period of such leave in conjunction with leave in terms of Clauses (c) and (d) shall not exceed the maximum limit as prescribed in Clause(d).In your case you should get fit certificate on 13th and resume your duties on and from 16th suffixing 14th and 15th being holidays. Otherwise a technical problem may arise in future if you declared fit after 13th.
