Can a teacher once compelled to take Leaves-without-pay compensate the abovesaid leaves with MLs which he later accumulates by virtue of service experience?

As far as I think, this is not possible, for one cannot enjoy ML unless it is accumulated to his/her account. So how can he/she compensate LWP with MLs which he/she acquires at a later time?
