Although High Court has declared holiday on 26th and 27th June, the District Judge has ordered all members of the staff to attend office on and from 24th June to 27th June (though 24th and 25th are Fourth Saturday and Sunday, being holidays in all courts). Now the question is, as we are bound to attend office on the said days, i.e on and from 24th to 27th, are we entitled to get compensatory casual leave or any other leave as are attending offices on Gazetted Holidays? If so, please help us with relevant G.O.
