Confirmation Letter is essential or not.

Some of our Primary Teachers asked me on the above noted subject. I think as per G.O. No. 57-SE(PRY) dated. 15.01.2002. after Two years continuous satisfactory service the teacher shall be automatically confirmed. But sorry to say some of D.P.S.C or their S.I./S do not take any steps about it. They have not any Practice to do proses about the vital subject. A confirmation letter gives mental strength to their teachers no-doubt.
Some portion of the said G.O’S. –
23 (2). On expiry of the said period of two years and within a period of three months therefrom the Council shall be letter ask the sub-Inspector of schools of the concern circle to furnish a report on the continuous and satisfactory services of teacher during the period of two years.
(3)The report shall be furnish by the Sub-inspector of schools within a period of three months form the date of issue of such letter or within such extended period.
not exceeding three months as the council may determine and the sub-Inspector of schools shall be informed , by a letter of such extension .
(5). The teacher shall be confirmed w.e.f. the date following the date of completion of two year of service.
(6) If- (a) no report is furnished by the S/I.S within the period or extended period mentioned in sub- rule (3). or (b). The report of S/I.S is not considered by the council within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the letter, as the case may be, the teacher shall be deemed to have been confirmed w.e.f.the date following the date of completion of two years of service.
