What about the answer of your Headmaster/T.I.C.? Because the nature of post is clearly mentioned in the Post Sanctioning Memo by the DSE and P.P.O. by the D.I.
In your Approval Letter,is it written by hand or giving by tick mark. If there is a tick mark, then don’t worry. May be it is wrongly ticked. But if it is done by written, then ask to the concerned D.I. of Schools to be sure and confirm.
Thank you.October 9, 2012 at 2:26 pm #74734AnonymousInactiveThank you Mihirbabu. Due to some problems I am answering very late. My Previous H.M. said it was normal in post sanctioning memo and same procedure was mentained for all the three posts and for three approvals. But office of D.I. has done this type variation. He said Initially all the approvals would be temporary, because in their cases, i.e. when they joined, in their approvals initially it were mentionaed that the post were temporary . In my approval it was written by hand. Now what will be my duty. Shall I apply for permanent approval now? You have mentioned earlier that my date of confirmation is 01.05.2003. Is it true then?
Please reply immediately.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully.

October 29, 2012 at 8:03 pm #75040AnonymousInactiveDear friend,
From your letter, it is clear that the three posts created before your appointment were not temporary posts. It means that those are normal for a X-class High School and hence permanent in nature. Normal Vacancy otherwise means permanent vacancy. Appointments are made ‘on temporary basis’ for a period of two years after which confirmation is made by the Managing Committee. So, appointment may be temporary but the nature of the post should not (specially like in your case). However, one thing is clear : all the three posts were sanctioned for three years twice. But after 2006 a permanent approval should be issued by DI. and a copy of the same is required to be handed over to you by the school authority. Please, do not waste your time thinking or pondering over facts of probabilities. First, consult with your Headmaster. He is the best guide and can lead you through the rightest way. If you are not satisfied, go straight to the District Inspector Schools of your District who issued the Approval Letter. Tell him your observations and he will take steps for the solution. I think you will not require to go any further.October 30, 2012 at 5:03 am #75044AnonymousInactive……….It means that those are normal for a X-class High School and hence permanent in nature. ……However, one thing is clear : all the three posts were sanctioned for three years twice. May I request you to elaborate.
