Same is done for all the Govt. employees also.

I have joined in school in july 2011 in hs section in additional post. After 2 year of service ,is it compulsory to get any confirmation letter from the authority(MC or DI) ?
@Raja, it is not mandatory, but you can keep a copy of confirmation letter from the HOI. the HOI will take necessary steps for doing your service retention to DI as the post is additional.
