I have downloaded a govt. notification regarding constitution of Management in Schools from wbexpress wbxpress.This notification shows that it was amended in 1984. Now I just want to know is there any change or amendment in this format.We are heading towards our M.C. election in this December.So,if there is any please provide me.Thank You.
Now the Intimation letter 3(MC) is send through the students to their guardian.( Circular No. S/149 dt. 03/06/2011). Before it would send by under certificate of posting.

If you want to know more about the constitution of managing committee then indicate(i) the date of election, (ii) status of your school(whether boys/co-ed/girls),(iii) madhyamik/higher secondary.(iv) validity of m.c.

Provisional Date of Election is 10.12.12. It is a Co-ed school and H.S.Validity of M.C. I think it may till the day of nomination. Please inform me especially those which are mostly over looked & critical parts.
Provisional election(!) On 10/12/12 (!) It is not possible. It will be the date of publication of Provisional Voter List.( Is not it ?) And the day of Guardian Category Vote falls on Sunday (not in working day).10/12/12 is Monday.
I wanted to know that the validity of MC shall lasted on which date. (up to which date?)
I think, your Provisional Voter List will publish on 10/12/12. Then the date of Vote will fall after 09/01/13. Because the difference from publication of Provisional Voter List to Vote shall take minimum 30 days of interval. But you shall not permitted/allowed to go to Vote till 15 th day of March, because of admission in class V to X. You may fix the date of Vote after 15 th day of March. Again it may postponed due to coming Panchayet Election.
