Dear ‘donyi_polo’, you wrote, ”Very surprising! How does an employee himself submit his Service Book in the new office??”
I am not sure about the other office case, but it is a fact..after resignation, on 16.08.2010, i received my up-to-date ‘Service Book (counter signed by D.I), L.P.C, and Release Order, from my old school. Next day, on 17.08.2010 I submitted my all papers with a joining letter at my present school..thats all dear. thanks to all.
I have been working in a govt aided school since sept 2009. till now my service book has not been opened. given applications to the hm for a number of times but to no avail. what can i do now at this circumstances?
You may apply to School Authority under RTI Act for supply of a Certified Copy of your Service Book!In such a situation the HM will be under obligation to open the Service Book and provide a Certified Copy of the same.
