on 20.12.2010. Now I am in maternity leave. Please let me know how
much days I can enjoy the maternity leave. It is 135 days or 180 days.

Hello my mother champa roy is a 2nd anm of murshidabad ,hariharparablock. Now a days everythings are so costy but she does not get that much money as they worked heard. Another health stuff gets 180 maternity leave but she gets 135 days .2nd anm is trained same as a 1st anm but 2nd anm does ‘nt get same respect .it ‘s why?

Is there any chance to permanent the 2nd ANM post in WB? How much salary grant is giving by central Govt.? There is many states are giving much salary than WB. 2nd ANM should together move to Govt. because they are worrying by 1st ANM.

At present every things are so costly. Many states like Bihar, Gujrat, Asham, Orisha are giving much salary than WB. Is there any chance to permanent the 2nd ANM post in WB? 2nd anm is trained same as a 1st anm but 2nd anm does ‘nt get same respect . They(2nd ANM) should together to move the Govt. because they are worrying by 1st ANM(belongs to co-ordination) . And Govt. should thing their problem with sympathy.
