I have attended a months course in COSA by Webel. I did not like the software; full of bugs, hard to implement, not user friendly. They have provided a CD with all package, but I faced no difficulty to install and run the software.
I see but no problem. I have created an excel utility to prepare salary bill and its working perfect since last january. Being an employee of judicial department, I have created that specially for us but I think it may be helpful for others also. I previously shared that with some friends and they reported me that its working great and easier than cosa. I need some time before publishing here.
Friend, the COSA IS PREPARED BY THE NIC. This Software mainly used and it is mandatory to install all the W.B.govt Offices for Generating the Pay Roll preparation. But this Software is most difficult to install without the NIC trained person. You should call the nearest NIC Software maintenance person who have may be available at nearest Zilla Parisad.
