It is not mandatory to use it in School right now. However, it will be mandatory in future. Notification will be issued and agency will be deputed for the whole task. At present you can not download and install COSA because the download files are not available. However, if you can manage to install this software, username and password will be required to operate this software which will be provided by the Finance Department.
