Ihave already installation same soft ware from but after download it shown a massage “update ..it takes few minute” . kindly give the solution in my ID .

Is there any new order from F.D. about COSA ??? What will happen if any office may be unable to to implement COSA in due time i.e. PAY BILL OF JULY’12 ?? Is there any option to submit MANUAL PAY BILL for the month of JULY’12 to the Treasury Office??
