I’m using COSA. But its month July and increment should be done. How I can do this ?

A help is in need for my office against the input of annexure-v in the new cosa system, a mistake had been made at the time of entry, in place of STATE BANK OF INDIA, STATE BANK OF HYDRA BAD , all the data of an official had been entered. Now the bank statement correction cannot be done by the office. So, i personally requesting, how the problem can be rectified as there is no net connection at office.Sir,
