The calculation sheet for Income tax with Staff signature is to submit with February salary requisition ( Hard Copy). H.M. has to countersign that sheet. Most of the staff indicate their personal savings without document as they might actually deposit the amount in March. So, without any valid document whether a H.M. can countersign the calculation sheet ?
